3mm Aluminum Composite Printing
Aluminum composite features an extruded PVC core with aluminum sheets on both sides, resulting in a very smooth finish. It is waterproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Ideal for shop signs, it offers long-lasting durability in outdoor environments. Our standard sheet size is 8ft x 4ft, with larger sizes available through tiling

If you are creating and supplying print ready artwork please follow the steps below;
- File format must be either PDF or JPEG. (We can also accept PNG, TIFF and AI files)
- Artwork must be sized to the board size required or an equivalent ratio. This is to limit any resizing of your board which could lead to stretching and pixilation.
- The ideal resolution of the artwork would be greater than 150dpi but a lower resolution may be acceptable.
- Colour format must be in CMYK. Files sent over in RGB will be converted.

- Max size whole is 1220mm x 2440mm
- We cannot cut any smaller than 150mm with aluminium due to our cutting tables
